The Howard County portfolio includes 19 projects across 11 sites in the region. The project sites are a combination of public and privately owned properties that when combined in a network, support the overall goals of Howard County.

The Gateway/Ulman Building Canopy is a site with a fixed carport system generating 878kW of electricity per year.  The canopy is a virtual net metered project providing power cost savings to a number of Howard County owned facilities.  Construction took place on occupied campus that includes government and private employees as well as classes. Work was completed in 2023.
